Fees

Rush / Kill Fees

Kill Fees will not apply if Rush Fees have already been accrued.

Store & Product Launches

Store & product launch rush fees will be reduced by 10% of net product sales occurring in the first 30 days.
Product Launches for Existing Stores
  • $100 per product for <72 hour turnaround
New Store Design & Setup (incl. up to 10 products)
  • $18k + $100 per additional product for <2.5 week turnaround
Re-Theme of Existing Store
  • $10k for <2.5 week turnaround

Flat Lay Product Photography (Standard 2 week turn)
  • $600 per product for 1-2 week turnaround
  • $800 per product for 3-5 days turnaround
Other Photo & Video Requests
  • $300 per hour and scoped out per project on all:
    • Stylized photo & video shoots for turnaround <4.5 weeks
    • Model photo & video shoots for turnaround <6 weeks
Marketing Assets
  • Rush marketing assets will be billed at standard hourly rate if requested for <48 hours turnaround, or <72 hours turnaround for video & motion graphic assets and elevated email newsletter design
  • Detailed menu available upon request
Product Design
  • $765 per design, scoped out per project on all product design requests with <2.5 week turnaround

Late Product / Customer Service Fees

No change from existing rate card
  • $3 per customer service ticket received due to late product
  • $100 per instance of late product messaging, when due to RO production delays
  • Orders canceled for late product, or canceled at RO’s request, will still be charge the 15% cost-to-serve fee
  • Off platform moderation is available at $45/hour

Product Design & Development Fees

Development Only

Taking existing artwork or graphics & applying them to a garment
  • $300 per provided graphic
  • Any provided files that are not production ready or require additional work (resizing, etc) will be charged $150/hr
  • Kill fees: $300 per graphic if project does not move forward

Design & Development

Any kind of original graphic design (bespoke creative, custom illustration, etc)
  • Accepted designs: $2,980 per design
    • This will be charged once products using the accepted design have reached $6k in revenue
  • Kill fees: $765 per design

All product must be approved 5 business days prior to launch, regardless of using existing or creating original designs. Production will continue to incur a 12% markup on actual cost of goods.
